Your orders

Yes, you can! We are happy to modify your order before it ships (generally within 2-4 hours after order has been placed).

You can make changes or cancel an order you placed before it ships. Please go to My Account – Orders and locate the order you’d like to modify/cancel. Please note we are unable to make changes to an order once it is being fulfilled or if it has already shipped.

We will accept returns for any reason on product bought directly from our website for up to 30 days after receipt. We will refund your purchase price, less return shipping charges.

Once we receive your returned product, a credit will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Occasionally, for reasons we can’t control, we run out of stock on certain items. We are usually able to replenish stock within a few business days. If we can obtain your product within this time, we will delay your order one day in order to ship it in its entirety. If an out of stock item will delay your order for more than a few days, we may choose to ship the in-stock products and place the remaining items on back-order.

Any back-ordered products will be listed on your packing slip. We will ship the balance of your order when available at no extra shipping cost. If an item is unavailable for an extended period of time from the manufacturer for any reason, we will cancel that item off your order, and you may reorder it again at a later date.

We do! We offer free standard ground shipping on orders of $49 or more shipped to the contiguous 48 states.

If your cart total is $49 or higher (minus discounts, promotions, shipping charges and taxes), you will automatically be given the free shipping option. Please double check that the free option is selected on the shipping page of checkout.

Signing up for a Andean Market account is the best way to shop and save on Andeanmarket.com. Account holders get access to special promotions, news and announcements, as well as the added benefits of numerous advanced shopping features.

Look in our Customer Service sections for all the features available with your Andean Market account. For assistance in changing or managing your account, or if you forget your password and do not have a hint for us to supply you, we can re-submit a username and or password for you.   1. Go to your Account Information setting.
  2. Click ‘Edit’ from the Password section.
  3. Enter your new password
  4. Click the Update Information button.

Returns & Refunds

We will accept returns for any reason on product bought directly from our website for up to 30 days after receipt. We will refund your purchase price, less return shipping charges.

Refund requests may take up to 3 days for review.

Customers will receive an email notification once a decision has been made. Once approved, refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process back into the financial account associated with order payment. However, refunds may take up to 35 days to process for customers outside of the United States. If you have received confirmation from Andean Market that your refund has been approved and you believe it is taking longer than it should to appear in your account, we recommend contacting the card issuer or bank associated with order payment as any issue is occurring on their end.

iHerb always strives to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Below are some key points of our Return/Refund Policy:

Autoship

Autoship is a recurring shipment program that ensures you to never run out of essentials. When you join you are automatically enrolled into Autoship and the items you purchase will be added to your Autoship box. You can easily edit items, adjust their frequency, or change the delivery date of an upcoming order in the Manage Autoship section on site.

Autoship members can also lock in an additional 5-10% savings.

You can activate Autoship in your account settings or at checkout. We’ll send you a reminder three days before each Autoship order so that you can review your upcoming shipment, add or remove items, change the delivery date, or skip the delivery. In between Autoship orders, you can also place regular orders with new items or items already on your Autoship page.

Autoship saves you more than just money—it makes healthy living easier than ever, eliminates last-minute grocery store runs, and reduces your carbon footprint with more efficient shipping.

Your Autoship experience is totally customizable and you can edit your items or shipment schedule at any time.

If you are an active Autoship member and would like to make a non-Autoship purchase, you can do that by adding your Autoship enrolled items in your Shopping Cart. If the item has any Autoship & Save discounts, those will be applied to the item.

Yes! To do so, you must be logged into your account. Visit the item’s page you wish to add to your order, and find the ‘Add to Next Autoship Order’ button. When you click this button, you will have the option to add the item as one time only or as a subscription.

As a whole, we only carry products in which we are confident will support our members on their healthy living journey. Every brand on our website goes through a rigorous process where we ensure that they are aligned with our values and beliefs (such as labor practices, environmental impact, and quality of ingredients).

Great question! A majority of our Andean Market Goods are certified organic, but not all are. We have a filter for members to use when trying to shop only for certified organic items. Click here to view all of our certified organic products.
