You will receive an email containing all necessary tracking information once your order has shipped. You can also log in to your Andean Market Account and select “Track a Shipment”. You will see your full order history and can select the appropriate order to view tracking details.
Yes, you can! We are happy to modify your order before it ships (generally within 2-4 hours after order has been placed).

You can make changes or cancel an order you placed before it ships. Please go to My Account – Orders and locate the order you’d like to modify/cancel. Please note we are unable to make changes to an order once it is being fulfilled or if it has already shipped.
We will accept returns for any reason on product bought directly from our website for up to 30 days after receipt. We will refund your purchase price, less return shipping charges.
